They look exactly like in the picture. Quality is very good. Leather is good quality. I received them within one week. The packaging is very environmental friendly. So far I wore them only once and they were comfortable and very balanced to walk in. Heel is stable and gives good support. I expected a shoe bag but none was included so I deducted one star.
