Any questions about the fit of a particular style I will gladly answer at <a href=\"mailto:monika@remixshoes.eu\">monika@remixshoes.eu<\/a>.<\/p><p>Please note: returns or exchanges are only accepted from EU countries. Pairs which got reduced because of known flaws are excluded from getting returned.<\/p><h3>Conditions<\/h3><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Shoes have to be <strong>unused <\/strong> and in their <strong>original box. <\/strong>Please wrap the box and do not glue anything directly on it.<\/li><li>An informal <strong>notification<\/strong> of the return\/exchange indicating the reason has to be sent within <strong>2 weeks<\/strong> after delivery, best via <a href=\"shop@remixshoes.eu\">email.<\/a><\/li><li>Customers are responsible for shipping expenses for <strong>returns\/exchanges<\/strong>\u00a0to Innsbruck\/Austria. Returns\/exchanges have to be done within <strong>3 weeks<\/strong> after delivery.<\/li><li>Refunds are made using the same payment option which was used for the purchase as soon as the return gets received by me. Right of revocation<\/h3>\n<p>You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. You can use the sample withdrawal form (see underneath under 3) but you are not required to do so.<\/p>\n<p>In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Consequences of the cancellation<\/h3>\n<p>If you revoke this contract, RE-MIX Vintage Shoes will refund you all payments received minus shipping expenses as well as possible transaction fees withheld from Paypal immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which RE-MIX Vintage Shoes has received notification of the cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, RE-MIX Vintage Shoes will use the same form of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.<\/p>\n<p>RE-MIX Vintage Shoes can refuse the repayment until the goods are returned back.<\/p>\n<p>You must return the goods immediately and in any event not later than fourteendays from the date on which you informed RE-MIX Vintage Shoes about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.<\/p>\n<p>You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\n<p>You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.<\/p>\n<h3>3.
